The History

Sierra View is a residential neighborhood that was established in 1996 and has continued to grow throughout the years.

Even though the neighborhood wasn’t established until the late 90s, the city it belongs to has a long and rich history, with major developments occurring in the last 3 decades. Spring Valley Ranch, considered as Rocklin's first developed property, was subsequently subdivided and sold to several developers. The suburban home market in Rocklin grew in the late 1950s and early 1960s.

Today, Sierra View is one of the many developments that has sprung from the city.
